The Emervill Foundation is registered in the Business Register of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 86259164  RSIN number 863912771

The Emervill Foundation has been established as a foundation under the laws of the Netherlands. The official Dutch name registered at the Chamber of Commerce is “Stichting Emervill” (“Stichting" is the Dutch equivalent of “Foundation”)

The Statutory Seat of the Foundation is in the Hague, the Netherlands.

The Foundation is a public benefit non-profit organisation and will apply for so called “ANBI” status in the Netherlands, which will result in income tax benefits under Dutch taxation rules.

The objectives of the Foundation are:

1. realizing temporary, safe and dignified housing and making it available or donating it to refugees and other persons in need, among other things by realizing temporary housing in emergency aid villages with as many facilities as possible for the inhabitants;
2. setting up or having set up quickly to realize permanent housing for refugees in the country of origin or supporting such projects and making them available or donating them to refugees and other persons in need;
3. and to perform all such further acts and activities as are in the widest sense connected therewith, incidental thereto and/or which may be conducive thereto

We currently focus on locations both in host countries such as Romania and Poland, as well as Ukraine. The villages will be realised once sufficient donations will have been received. Our fundraising activities take place both in the US and in Europe.

The Foundation can be represented by 2 Directors jointly.  The Articles of association provides for a Supervisory Board to be installed in the near future.

We will publish our activity report every six months on our website, for the first time in January 2023. We will publish our annual accounts on our website within 6 months of the end of every book year. Our first book year will end on 31^st December 2022.

Our website is meant to provide general information on the activities of our Foundation, without pretending to be complete. Although we strive to update our website on a regular basis, some of the information may not be fully accurate or up to date. We do not accept any liability in this respect.
