The first village

We are preparing the installation of the first village close to the city of Constanta in Romania on the black sea.
Emervill Location
We will build a village for approximately 3000 refugees on this site, including all required facilities. The initial production of housing units coming from the Izmir region in Turkey, the location is logistically well positioned. Alternatively we will arrange for local production.
The Eastern part of Romania offers a direct connection by road to Ukraine (Odessa region).
Local authorities have shown a very positive attitude towards our initiative.
